LOVED the room with a view of the Washington Monument. Breakfast at Starbucks was delicious. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Even better than photos!

The convenience of being smack dab in the middle of all the must-visit spots around DC was awesome, plus having a Starbucks inside and the nifty hotel decor really made our stay cozy. The rooftop pool was a godsend after a hectic, sweltering day, and the staff were super sweet. Only bummer was the pool shutting down at 7pm in the summer, would've been grand if it stayed open a tad later for tired sightseers 🏊.

Everything was simply great. This hotel was good home base for exploring Washington, liked it and property’s efficient staff with front desk manager.

I loved my 1 night stay. The room was huge with view of the mall and had a private safe, multi-channel television and a fridge. The location was incredible, relatively close to Reason.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had a comfortable stay. Its location was central, easy walk to L'enfant Plaza. The restaurant was nice in lobby, it had excellent dishes.

Let me spill the beans about the American Grill. The Cast Iron Seared Beef Tenderloin was a culinary masterpiece, matched only by the attentive staff. Plus, the perfect location near the Smithsonian and Metro amps up its charm. The STAY, PARK AND RIDE package is a steal!

Sure, the room had its quirks like unfinished 'projects,' but its spaciousness and comfort compensated. The pool may have been closed, but the hotel's shine wasn't dimmed.

The hotel was clean and had NICE location and staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed, modern bathroom and multi-channel television, a writing desk and ironing facilities in the room. One of the dining options, Charleys Philly Steaks was 5 mins walk away.

The staff at this hotel were amazing - from the bellman to the front desk to the waiter, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They did not hesitate to answer our questions or accommodate our requests. the location was excellent, right on top of the metro, making it super convenient to explore the city. the rooms were clean and the amenities provided were top-notch.

One thing that could be improved is the pricing for valet parking, as it was quite expensive. the tap water had a strange smell, so it would be great if they could look into improving the water quality.

The connectivity center into the middle of the action with complimentary PCs & iMacs was incredibly convenient for my work needs.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated concierge service to assist with urgent business-related tasks.

During my business trip, I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf. I recently stayed at Hilton at The Wharf for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the Warf and enjoying delicious seafood. The availability of Starbucks in the morning was a great convenience. I also enjoyed a relaxing boat ride to Georgetown from the Warf dock. a great stay!
